Composition:

Nigrum Sweater V-neck is a feminine v-neck sweater with raglan and ¾ length sleeves. The sweater is knit top down, so you can easily adjust the length at both the body and sleeves while knitting. The sweater is supposed to be worn with approx. 0 -10 cm positive ease.

Finished measurements:

Bust measurement: 90 (94) 100 (106) 110 cm. Sleeve length measured centre under the armhole opening: 32,5 (34,5) 35,5 (38) 39 cm. Body length measured centre back: 48,5 (50) 52,5 (56) 56,5 cm.

 

Materials:

150 (200) 200 (250) 250 g of Silk Mohair from @detlillefarveri 420 m/50 g held double or any other Silk Mohair quality e.g. Kid Seta from Gepard Garn or Silk Mohair from Isager Yarn 212 m/ 25 g.

 

Or: 100 (100) 100 (200) 200 g of Silk Merino from @detlillefarveri 800 m/100 g held together with 100 (100) 100 (150) 200 g of Silk Mohair from @detlillefarveri 420 m/50 g

 

The pictured model is knit with two threads of Silk Mohair 420 m/50 g in the color “Gammel rosa” from @detlillefarveri.

 

You can choose any other yarn, as long as you obtain the correct gauge.

 

You will need 10 stitch markers knitting this sweater.

 

Recommended needles:

The sweater is knit in stockinette stitch in the round on needle 4 mm (80 cm circular needle) using two threads of Silk Mohair held double. All ribbed hems are knit on circular needle 3 mm (80 cm). I recommend interchangeable circular needles.

 

Or: The sweater is knit in stockinette stitch in the round on needle 4.5 mm (80 cm circular needle) using Silk Merino and Silk Mohair held together. All ribbed hems are knit on circular needle 3.5 mm (80 cm). I recommend interchangeable circular needles.

 

Gauge:

19 sts x 27 rows in stockinette stitch in the round on needle size 4 mm = 10 x 10 cm using two threads of Silk Mohair held double.

 

Or: 19 sts x 27 rows in stockinette stitch in the round on needle size 4.5 mm = 10 x 10 cm using Silk Merino and Silk Mohair held together
